Now here comes the part that actually explains how to gain the muscle fast. Aggressively increase the intensity of your training, put heavier and heavier weight each time. Most people buy into the commercials that say that gain mass muscle can be achieved by doing nothing when you consume their product. That is not true one single bit, there are products that work and help you, but each one of them requires that you constantly workout. Too many people spend their precious time looking for the best muscle gain method, while the best method is in front of them all the time. Yes, the best muscle gain method is the old method, the old fashioned good workout.

You need to exercise 3 to 5 times a week with the maximum weight you can lift and then go home and eat 5 or 6 times a day. Eat food with plenty of calories and proteins, and the most important part is to rest. Your muscles don't grow when you workout, they grow when you rest. The second step is preventing cardio and loosening up your muscles. You need to jog 3 or 4 times a week to get your body in shape. You also need to stretch your muscles before you put some weight on them, if not stretched and warmed up your muscles can be easily injured.
