It is an exercise which helps in strengthening the cardiovascular system.When you want to lose weight and burn a lot of calories, you can try cardiovascular exercises.

For those who want to have a more social approach in cardio exercises, you can go for team sports like basketball. Basketball helps you sweat it all out and since it requires constant movements, it helps burn out fats very quick. For those who do not have any problems regarding mobility, you can try out jogging instead of walking. Jogging increases the workload in walking. This means you are burning more calories and fats than walking. Although jogging is not suitable for everyone because it increases the heart rate.
